This past Monday the 16, Milligan students were given a day off from classes in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Students were encouraged to view their day off as a day on, in order to celebrate the life and legacy of the influential civil rights leader through acts of service within their community.
We at the Stampede wanted to highlight a few experiences of students, in order to commemorate their efforts.
