Milligan’s Men’s and Women’s basketball introduced their junior varsity and varsity teams Thursday night at the annual Moonlight Madness. Students, family and fans filled Steve Lacy Fieldhouse to get a first glimpse at how the teams look. Both teams got 10 minutes to play an inner team scrimmage and show off their skills and impress the crowd. In between the men’s and women’s scrimmage, the cheer and dance teams were introduced and performed cheers for the crowd. The big event was the Dunk Contest, where members of the men’s team had one minute to make a dunk. The crowd voted on their favorites to move on to the next round, with senior Desean Green taking the victory.  The night was also full of games and giveaways, with a 40-inch Smart TV being the grand prize. Both the men’s and women’s head coaches, Bill Robinson and Rich Aubrey are looking forward to the season and hope to have as many fans at the games as possible.
