Milligan University’s spring enrollment is similar to last year’s, but shows slight changes in some areas, like an increase in the undergraduate student body.
There are 1,181 students enrolled at Milligan this spring semester, which is a six-person increase from last year, according to Associate Dean for Academic Administration and Registrar Stacy Dahlman. Milligan’s undergraduate program grew 4.8%, while the Adult Degree Completion Program (ADCP) decreased by 72.7% from 11 to 3 students. Emmanuel Christian Seminary’s enrollment decreased as well, from 107 students in spring of 2024 to 95 in spring 2025, which is an 11.2% decrease.
The total number of students at Milligan in spring of 2025 includes 832 undergraduate students, 346 graduate students, and three in the ADCP.
Over the past two years, Milligan has seen an 11.8% increase in student enrollment. In spring of 2023, 1,056 students were enrolled, including 707 undergraduate students, 332 graduate students, and 17 in the ADCP.
Despite the clear growth present, Milligan isn’t planning on slowing down enrollment anytime soon and is preparing for a large freshman class to join campus in this upcoming fall, according to Director of Student Success and Disability Services, Chase McGlamery.
