FRIDAY 02/16
Family weekend kick-started on Friday with a double header for Milligan Baseball against Indiana Tech, both of which Milligan Won. The first game was 2-1 for Milligan, and the second was 8-7 for Milligan.
Friday evening was the Milligan Family weekend event in Sub7 of the McMahan Student Center at 7 p.m.
SATURDAY 02/17
Saturday continued family weekend with the first event of the day being the Dean’s List Reception at 11:00, where the many students who made the Dean’s List, a mark of academic excellence, received their certificates, and a special mug.
The day continued with a baseball game at 12 p.m. in which Milligan defeated Indiana Tech again, 13-3.
The final event of the day was a 4 p.m. basketball game against Johnson University, where, after a tightly fought game, Milligan prevailed 89-84.
SUNDAY 02/18
For Sunday the families of Milligan students were encouraged to attend church with their student, and spend time with them for the remainder of the day.
Vespers happened as normal.
