Men’s Basketball took home a 86-82 win at home against Columbia  International University (CIU) on Tuesday, Nov. 8. Although Milligan struggled to answer CIU’s offensive efforts in the first half, junior Finn McClure believes the team was still in control.

“We controlled the tempo game-wise,” he said. “We didn’t play too fast or too slow.”

Not only was McClure right, but he played a key role in putting the Buffs back in the lead after halftime, scoring a total of 18 points. ”

For points of improvement, McClure wants to focus on defense.

“We’re looking to improve defensively on the little stuff,” he said.
