The men’s soccer team will be competing in the NAIA national championships. They will compete in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on Thursday against William Penn University.

The Buffs finished their season 15-2-1 and were ranked second in the Appalachian Athletic Conference. Nine players were named to all-conference teams. Six of those players were named All-AAC First Team: Luke Bennett, Charlie Betts, Victor Castel, Jan Kuepper, Elies Sebbouh and Odin Solheim.

This is the third time in the team’s history that they have qualified for nationals. Men’s soccer competed in the national championships last year and fell just short of the final round.

Milligan goes up against the William Penn Statesmen at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The winner will play on Saturday for the last game before the final match in Alabama.
