Milligan Agriculture Club
This club was started just last semester, but leaders say they have big, exciting plans for the future. The Agriculture Club’s main goal is to grow a community not only on campus, but in the surrounding area as well, by gardening together.
The main goal this semester is to resurrect the overgrown campus garden, which is located behind the Steve Lacy Fieldhouse. The first mini project, which involves members removing weeds from the garden, is scheduled for this Saturday morning.

YoungLife
The Milligan and ETSU YoungLife team has been serving
the community together for five years now, as a part of the international YoungLife ministry organization. Members become leaders through a training program called Quest, which is designed to challenge participants to deepen their faith and relationship with Jesus every day. After Quest, leaders may reach out to the community by becoming sponsors for local high schoolers. Last year, the club took a whopping 130 high schoolers from six local high schools to YoungLife camp for a week. They spent the week playing games and sharing stories about Jesus.

Apostolos Missions Club
The Apostolos Missions
Club’s goal is to help people inform, connect, and respond to missions, be it on campus, in the community or around the world! Members have traveled as far as New Orleans to help aid construction projects, but they’ve also stayed close to the community with My Two Words, an event in which students, faculty and staff share their testimonies.
In the coming months, members plan on attending the International Conference on Missions (ICOM) toward the end of November, in addition to taking their annual Spring Break mission trip. Even sooner is Missions Emphasis Week, which is taking place from Oct. 10-14!
